What kind of email is this?
It's professional email on your own domain under the Navju Cloud brand. Full webmail, IMAP/SMTP access, spam and virus protection — with no hosting required.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Addresses are created on your domain — name@yourcompany.tj. If you don't have a domain yet, register one with us in a couple of clicks.
Do I need to buy hosting?
No. A domain is all you need for email. That's the key difference from email bundled with cPanel hosting, which can't exist without hosting.
How quickly does email start working?
The domain and DNS records are prepared automatically right after payment. Then you create the mailboxes you need in the client area — each in a minute.
Will email work on my device?
Yes. Webmail opens in any browser, and over IMAP/SMTP the mailbox connects in Outlook, Apple Mail, on iPhone and Android. Server mail.hostedemail.com, ports IMAP 993 and SMTP 587, login is the full mailbox address.
Does it protect against spam and viruses?
Yes. Multi-layer filtering checks every incoming message before it is delivered to your inbox.
How are DNS records set up?
If your domain is on Navju Cloud name servers, the MX, SPF and DMARC records are added automatically. If your domain is with another registrar, we show ready-made records to paste in.
Is the email interface available in Russian?
Yes, the webmail interface is available in Russian.
Can I migrate my old email?
Automatic migration isn't available yet — new mailboxes start clean. If needed we can help move messages manually.
How do I pay and renew?
Pay by card or via Alif in the client area. Pay yearly and get two months free. We remind you about renewal in advance.
Is there a calendar and contacts?
Yes. Webmail includes a calendar with sync (iPhone, Android, Outlook, Google) and a shared contacts address book.
Is there two-factor authentication?
Yes. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for each mailbox and set a strong password.
Do I need a separate mobile app?
No. The mailbox connects in the standard Mail app on iPhone and Android over IMAP/SMTP, and also opens in the browser.
