How it works

From order to first message — four steps. The domain and DNS are prepared automatically; you create the mailboxes yourself in the client area.

Four steps to working email

1

Pick a plan

Start, Standard or Premium — by mailbox size. Choose how many mailboxes you need (up to 10).

2

Enter your domain

On the order page, enter your company domain — for example, yourcompany.tj.

3

Pay

By card or via Alif in the client area. The domain and DNS records are prepared right after payment.

4

Create mailboxes

In the client area set mailbox names (info, hello, sales) and passwords — each mailbox is created in a minute.

DNS setup

If your domain is served by Navju Cloud name servers, the MX, SPF and DMARC records are added automatically. If your domain is with another registrar, add these records in your domain's control panel:

TypeNameValue
MXyourdomain0 mx.yourdomain.cust.hostedemail.com
TXTyourdomain (SPF)v=spf1 include:_spf.hostedemail.com ~all
TXT_dmarc.yourdomainv=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@navjucloud.tj

TTL — 3600. The MX and SPF records are required to receive and send; DMARC is recommended.

Settings for mail apps

To connect your mailbox in Outlook, Apple Mail or on your phone, use these settings:

Incoming mail (IMAP)
mail.hostedemail.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail (SMTP)
mail.hostedemail.com, port 587, STARTTLS
Login
the full mailbox address, e.g. info@yourcompany.tj
Password
the mailbox password you set in the client area

Webmail

Webmail is available in the browser on desktop and phone — it opens straight from the client area with the “Open mail” button. No separate login or password to type.

Migrating existing email

Automatic migration of messages from an old server isn't available yet. New mailboxes start clean; if needed we can help move messages manually — just contact support.
